The Project16x grant was created, in collaboration with our title sponsors, to fuel more leadership opportunities for those who identify as women or enbies — focusing on entrepreneurship, the arts and philanthropic projects across the country — grantees are determined by the leaders who attend our Project16x summits each year.
Who can apply for these grants?
Any inspired artists, entrepreneurs, activists, scientists, writers, photographers, filmmakers, nonprofit founders, etc. who have a project that fits within the project criteria listed below. Applicants must be 18 or older and be a United States Citizen.
What kind of projects are you looking for?
To be considered for this grant, your project must directly relate to entrepreneurship, conservation, social activism, and/or outdoor advocacy. Additionally, you must be able to demonstrate project feasibility, traction, industry impact and an opportunity to pave a positive path for our communities and future generations.
What is the timeline for application, acceptance, and funds?
Applications will be open on February 1st, 2019. Projects must be submitted by March 15th, 2019. Our 2019 summit attendees will collaborate and decide on a grantee(s) at our summits. Two $2000 grantees will be announced and awarded towards the end of 2019.
